These terms govern your use of AI Rap Videos, operated as AI Rap Videos (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact support@ai-rapvideos.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

The service

AI Rap Videos lets you create short AI-generated videos using a performer photo and either a selected audio excerpt or lyrics, with optional visual direction and available model settings. AI-assisted lyric writing is subject to the limits shown in the studio. Model availability, capabilities, formats and generation times can vary; outputs may not reproduce lyrics, audio, a likeness or lip sync perfectly. We do not guarantee a particular creative result or uninterrupted availability.

Your account and materials

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in links and access secure. You must provide accurate account and payment information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

You must have the rights, permissions and consents needed for the photos, voices, music, lyrics and other materials you submit, including the consent of any identifiable person where required. Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights, impersonates someone deceptively, facilitates fraud or harassment, or otherwise violates applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, access another user's information or misuse the APIs.

You retain any rights you have in your submitted materials. You grant us and the service providers we use the permission needed to store, process and transmit those materials to operate the service and produce your requested output. You are responsible for reviewing the output and ensuring you have the rights needed for your intended use. Commercial use depends on those rights and any applicable model-provider terms; generation does not grant rights in another person's music, likeness or trademarks. AI output may be similar to output produced for others, and applicable law determines what rights, if any, exist in it.

Plans, credits and payment

Available plans, prices, included credits and model access are shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable price until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription credits are provided for the applicable billing period, reset on successful renewal and do not roll over. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable period, including after cancellation takes effect.

A plan change may affect the price and credits: upgrades can be charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current period, while downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal. The amount and timing shown before confirmation control the transaction. Some models and longer durations require an eligible plan. Any single-video purchase option is available only when offered at checkout, at the total price shown there.

The studio shows the applicable credit cost before you confirm a generation. Credits are reserved when you confirm and settled when the video is successfully delivered. If a generation ends in a final technical failure, reserved credits are returned to the original balance; if an eligible single-video cash purchase fails, the applicable payment refund is processed through the original payment method. Contact support if a refund or returned credit is missing. Refund requests in other circumstances are reviewed by support, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights. Deleting a completed work does not by itself create a refund.

Completed videos are generally available for playback and download for 30 days after successful delivery. Download a copy before expiry. After 30 days ordinary access ends; we may retain the video for up to 15 additional days for limited recovery before scheduled deletion. Recovery is not guaranteed and does not restart the original access period. An available cover or creation details may remain after the video expires.

If you delete a work, it is hidden and its links stop working. You may contact support about recovery before permanent cleanup; after cleanup recovery may not be possible. If you create a share link, anyone with the link may access the shared work and selected details while the link remains active. You are responsible for what you share; revoking a link cannot remove copies already downloaded.

Availability and responsibility

We may change or suspend a feature, model or access when reasonably necessary to maintain security, address abuse, comply with law or respond to provider changes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that output will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose or free of third-party claims. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe an output or use of the service infringes your rights, contact support with enough detail for us to investigate.
