AI Rap Videos (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ai-rapvideos.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the service or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email support@ai-rapvideos.com.
Information we handle
- Account and contact information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, information Google provides for sign-in, such as your name, email address and profile image. We also process information you send to support or include in feedback, including an optional screenshot.
- Creation materials: the performer photo, selected audio excerpt or lyrics, scene description, model and video settings you submit. We store generation and delivery records, resulting videos and available covers. If you use AI lyric assistance, we process your writing brief, existing lyrics and any lines you ask us to preserve.
- Payment and account activity: subscription, order, payment status, billing identifiers, credits and generation history. Stripe handles payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Technical and security information: IP or trusted network information, device and request information, timestamps, error logs, session data, and hashed identifiers used to prevent abuse, protect sign-in and enforce usage limits.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process payments and subscriptions, generate and deliver videos, maintain credit balances, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to requests, send transactional messages and investigate problems. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these uses may rely on performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Uploads, AI services and sharing
Selecting a file in the studio lets your browser preview it. When you continue to prepare a video, the performer photo and the selected audio excerpt or final lyrics are uploaded for the generation process. If you select a video as an audio source, the selected audio is extracted in your browser; the source video footage is not used as visual input. If you upload a photo from your phone, the photo is transferred through private storage. A transfer link is a bearer link: anyone with it may be able to complete that transfer while it is valid.
For video generation we send the necessary photo, selected audio or lyrics, visual instructions and settings to SeeAPI, which may use the selected model provider to process the request. For AI-assisted writing, the writing brief, existing lyrics and protected lines are sent through OpenRouter to its configured text model; photos and audio are not sent for lyric writing. Providers' own terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing; contact us if you need more information about a particular provider.
Your works are private by default. If you choose to create a share link, someone with the link may view the video and the details you choose to share while the link and video remain available. Turning off the link cannot remove copies someone has already saved.
Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for site delivery, security, application processing and private object storage; Neon for our database; Stripe for checkout, subscriptions and payments; Google for optional Google sign-in; Resend for transactional email; and SeeAPI and OpenRouter as described above. We share information with these providers as needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable law.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Contact us for more information about where your information is processed and the safeguards applicable to international transfers.
Retention
Completed videos are generally available for playback and download for 30 days after successful delivery. Ordinary access then ends; the video may be retained for up to a further 15 days for limited recovery before it is scheduled for deletion. Cleanup is periodic and failed deletions are retried. Download your video before it expires. If you delete a work, it is hidden from your library and its links stop working; it may remain privately stored for recovery until permanent cleanup or its original retention deadline. Recovery does not restart the original access period.
An available cover and creation details may be retained after a video's expiry; they are not guaranteed to be available for every video. Generation input files are generally scheduled for cleanup after seven days, but may be kept longer while an active or uncertain task is reconciled. Phone transfer links normally expire after 10 minutes; temporary transfer files are cleaned up periodically. AI writing suggestions are recoverable for up to 24 hours and are cleared on subsequent writing activity after that period; operational request records are pruned on subsequent activity after 31 days.
Support records are scheduled for removal after 90 days and stored feedback screenshots after seven days. Copies in our support mailbox follow that mailbox's retention practices. Account, billing, transaction and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, disputes, legal obligations or fraud prevention. Backup and provider retention periods may differ.
Cookies and similar technology
We use session cookies and related browser storage for authentication, security and essential features, including phone transfers. Your browser can restrict or delete cookies, but some features may not work properly. Cloudflare and other service providers may use technical information as needed to provide and protect their services.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to, restrict or obtain a copy of certain information. Email support@ai-rapvideos.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
